Here are some examples of how people are paying it forward in their own way.

Thank you so much. I'm paying it forward! I'm writing letters of encouragement to at least five people. ~D.M.

I have thought about how to pay it forward. I would like to send random thinking of you cards or sending random text messages to different people on a daily basis just to cheer up their day make their day a life a little better. ~B.Y.

Thanks so much for the life coaching session you did with us, I wanted to tell you how I went away and paid it forward after our session, I actually didn't at first think of it as 'consciously' paying it forward, I just had an urge to help and I realised afterwards it was probably a result of the good feels from our session.
So, as I said I work in a cafe. A homeless man came in and asked whether I could give him a free coffee as we don't take cash and he doesn't have a bank card. I gave him a coffee and a sandwich and got talking to him, he was telling me how difficult Covid had made it for the homeless community because of the restrictions on using cash and having to wear a mask etc (It had never crossed my mind to wonder how a homeless person might get a mask. He told me that he needed some winter boots because his trainers were not water proof and he does a lot of walking and he was also worried his bag was close to breaking. I said I would ask around for some shoes and a bag for him and he should come back in two days.
On my next day off I popped into a charity shop and found some mens winter boots, brand new and in his size, with a zip rather than laces...even more perfect! He had told me that your hands can get so cold it can be hard to manage laces. Next to the boots was a bag with a waterproof cover....it was meant to be! I picked both of them up and left them at the cafe for him to collect. I ran into him a few days later and he was so grateful for them as it had just started raining really badly and his bag had indeed broken.
I was so happy to have helped him, spending a bit of money in a charity shop means nothing to me but it means everything to this man. Possibly before our session I may have just given him a coffee and tried to be friendly and listen to him, but I felt an urge to do something active, and I wanted to thank you for that! ~K.H.
"For a moment, the pandemic was forgotten and replaced with an epidemic of 'paying it forward' in the community I live in." ~K.H.
"Why would someone pay it forward?"
