"I am a certified life and weight coach and studying integrative nutrition coach. I help women who are done with dieting learn how to lose weight their way.
My holistic approach to health, wellness and weight loss encompasses your whole life, not just diet and exercise.
We work on the mind, body and spirit so that you can experience a weight loss process that is calm, loving and peacefully aligned to your life."
Jackson is an entrepreneur, wellness advocate, coach, mentor, father-of-three and consummate learner. After spending more than 25 years in the corporate and business world, he found himself yearning to be less of a human “doing”, and more of a human “being”.
"My approach to work has definitely become more sustainable over time, as I aligned my leadership style and goals with my passion for wellness. I believe that we should all invest in our personal well-being, both physical and mental, because these make up the foundations of a good life and rewarding career!
Meditation, mindfulness and mindset elevation are the tools that I use to strengthen my mental wellness, and adopting a giving mindset fuels my sustained contentment. I encourage all those who have the capacity to give to do so, because giving is the key to unlocking happiness, lasting contentment, and an incredibly fulfilling way to live and work. With these values as my guide, I live life everyday with increasing ease, flow and comfort."
Lani Kim is a California native, who loves to travel with her family in their RV. Her psychology, education, and teaching background led her to a passion for life coaching.
As a homeschool mama, she loves the freedom she has created to both travel where and when she chooses while still connecting with her clients. Inspiring mothers to live out their passions fuels Lani’s dedication to do so in her own life.
She believes motherhood requires sacrificial giving but not a sacrifice of one’s being. Rather, motherhood is a calling and an opportunity to share one’s gift and talents through the sacrificial giving of time and resources.
Her experience also includes accidental health practitioner and advocate. Her children’s health challenges with digestive challenges and food sensitivities prompted her to utilize her background in biology to learn and share about holistic health.
Just like coaching reveals the deepest, unconscious thoughts, holistic health practices reveal the deepest, unconscious sources of psychological, spiritual, and physical health.
Jutta spent 25 years teaching at Universities in Japan, Austria, and the USA. As a mentor and consultant she worked with engineers, teams and organisations helping them supercharge their collaboration muscles by focusing on the collective capacity of people to create value.
"I love to inspire people to collaborate and co-create. I teach the art of collaboration because I believe that we are here on earth to build things together. We are born to co-create.
There are so many obvious benefits as in solutions for problems. A better health and happier life are another that we do not see right away. Research confirms this. You think you are not creative? Nope. Research also shows that everybody is creative. In fact, creativity is one of the most important characteristics of being human. It is one of the main traits that make us survive as individuals and as a species.
Building things together is not only fun, but it is essential in our day and age where everything becomes more complex and digital, and with that distant."
"What I love most about being a coach: I love the energy I get from working with and helping my clients heal, grow, and thrive."
"I currently live in Koh Samui, Thailand and I would like to coach around the topic of “Don’t DO Meditation”.
I have been introduced to meditation in my early 20s. I didn't do it and didn’t feel like there’s anything to it nor felt the importance of it. When I had the privilege to be the “kappiya”, an attendant to a monk from the forest tradition during a meditation retreat, that was my first practice. It transformed and helped me.
The word meditation is like “Exercise” or “Dieting” and from these broad categories comes the refinement and varieties. In conclusion, “Don’t DO Meditation” as it’s not about doing but about letting go."
"I live in Pocatello Idaho with my wife Sonya and two cats Aspen and Arya. I really love coaching and talking around the mind, habits, self-sabotage etc. I help people to exercise their mental muscles and create empowering new lives.
I began this journey 5+ years ago after I hit rock bottom working in the restaurant industry all my life. I am fascinated with personal development and meditation has become part of the foundation.
I initially started meditation because that’s what the books said to be doing but I got deeper into as I started to fully realize it’s benefits and now I pretty much enjoy doing it every day."
"I currently live in Connecticut in the US. I am a manifestation coach and reiki practitioner with Restore You Coaching and Reiki. I like to help others find their flow when they are stuck because when we're not blocked, the world is our oyster.
By getting out of our head and into our heart, and trusting our gut, we free ourselves from the shackles. I love meditation for this. It takes you to a different world where there is no judgment and only peace. It helps us find the answers and learn the path best taken."
"I always admired people who can find peace in meditation and I love the stillness a picture of someone meditating instantly brings me. At the same time I could not really make it work for me. I always had too many thoughts swirling around in my head. This changed when I found a door to my body. This practice allows me to get in touch with my core.
I spent 25 years teaching at Universities in Japan, Austria, and the USA. As a mentor and consultant I worked with engineers, teams and organisations helping them supercharge their effectiveness by focusing on the collective capacity of people to create value."
