Norma Frahn is a life coach for weight loss who specializes in helping women create sustainable weight loss results through a holistic life-based approach that encompasses mind and body so that they can end the diet cycle forever and lose weight their way.
Norma draws from her own experience of losing over 100 pounds in 2018, which vastly improved her health and life. Norma strongly believes that every woman deserves to proudly show up in their life, no matter what their size. She teaches women the tools they need to normalize food and eating, to cope with life challenges without stuffing their emotions down with food and to find true self-love all the way down the scale.
Chris Weals is a spiritual teacher and life coach who focuses on helping men with personal relationships. Chris believes relationships are the most important and most challenging aspect of life. As we improve our personal relationships with others, we strengthen the relationship we have with ourself. And having a healthy relationship with ourself is what opens the door to a deeply satisfying and joyful life.
Nancy Sawyer is a Certified Life Coach helping men and women to step confidently into their next chapter after challenging events such as divorce or losing a parent. After experiencing a turbulent decade that included losing her mother to an aggressive cancer, experiencing divorce and having an emotional breakdown, Nancy has come back stronger than ever.
After these events, she felt her calling, and became a certified coach so she can help others to bounce back and transform their lives as well. She is the founder and facilitator of The Compass Club, which focuses on women supporting women in growth.
Lani Kim is an educator and life coach for moms. She focuses on guiding moms through taking ownership of their lives in all circumstances, without relying on other people or making others responsible for their emotions.
Moms feel empowered to make decisions based on who they were created to be rather than trying to fit an imaginary mold determined by society or culture. These shifts in thinking lead moms to feel fulfilled, even when picking up Cheerios off the floor for the third time, racing b/w soccer games, or deciding what to do as an empty nester.
As an athlete, educator and bio major Lani had an appreciation for eating healthy, physical health, exercise, and intellectual growth. However, becoming a mom challenged her sense of well being even though she was ‘doing all the things.’ After several years, she realized she was missing mental health. Her perspective on and her experience of life completely changed, even though her circumstances did not change.
Jutta Jerlich loves to inspire people to collaborate and co-create and calls it the art of collaboration because she believes that we are here on earth to build solutions together. Things not working out as planned is part of the journey. Looking at those moments in our lives uncovers insights that are worth more than gold.
Contrary to what we learn in school and experience in our work context, those setbacks are part of every development process. So becoming good at seeing failure as your resources is a key skill for surviving and thriving in any situation. This has become completely natural for Jutta because of her curiosity driving her to live and work in 14 cities in 7 countries on 3 continents. That taught her so many different ways of doing something, that there is always another way to look at it.
Her personal insights on her journey fuel her training programs on Ethical Entrepreneurship, Collaboration and Co-Creating she has been teaching since 2005.
Liz Cresci, a strategic growth coach, works with soon-to-be empty nesters who feel as though they put their lives on hold to raise their children. Now that their children are off to college or in their first “real” job, life is changing for everyone. The roles are different. It is not unusual to find yourself coming home to a quiet house, looking around, and asking yourself … what’s next?!
Together we redefine what “life” looks like. We reconstitute dreams of yesteryear and create the strategic plan to bring it all to fruition. Along the way, as these roles change, there is an amazing transformation from a “parent of a child” to a “trusted advisor” modeling what it means to step into a life intentionally crafted.
